    Warranty: If you experience any issues with products that are still under warranty, you must first contact us via email to SimRacingTechMalaysia@gmail.com. We will endeavour to help fix the problem with you prior to contacting the manufacturer. If we cannot fix the problem, the products must be returned to our warehouse located at Setapak KL , including details such as the serial number and any supporting pictures or video available.

    Cut off Times: For in stock item we will ship out on same day. Courier scheduled to collect at 2pm GMT+8 Monday-Saturday. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm GMT+8 the same day but during busy periods that may not always be possible. Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched you will automatically be sent your order tracking number to the email you provided on your order. You can track any order tracking number or AWB from the email link Please note that it is completely normal for multi-item orders to get split up in transit. Each individual parcel is labelled and barcoded and will reach its destination. If you find that part of your order is delivered and part is still in transit, this almost always rectifies itself in a day or 2. If you are concerned you can contact your local courier customer service department with your tracking number.
